• Plan, Coordinate and monitor contractor performance and activities and recommend appropriate actions.

• Monitor contractor's staff recruitment and selection criteria and direct the development and implementation of training program with senior member of the department
• Oversee the implementation of staff appraisal schemes and reports from senior member on employee performance. Also review development and implementation of training program.
• Create and implement necessary departmental policies and produces, including continuous quality improvement and safety program and ensure department compliance with establish University administrative policies and procedures.
• Monitor and approve monthly financial invoices, expenditures and revenues in all areas and take action where necessary.
• Planning a several projects ( Catering Services, Patient/Students Meals, Vending Machines, investment the facilities by operate a franchising restaurant, cafe, and supermarket).

• Supervising and managing more than 30 projects include commercial and noncommercial

• Conduct daily inspection rounds in university to monitor and ensure that the performance of food services contractor is of high quality standard and in accordance with contractual obligations.
