 Ensuring that all the rules and regulations of QHSE Policy are included & following in all the Project plans.
 In-charge for both plants Production & Maintenance Department.
 Preparing monthly production schedules & plans according to the demands.
 Preparing daily production report (DPR) & Costing for production.
 Monitoring & Updating Stock summary as per the production & sales.
 Analyses breakdown problems & formulate maintenance actions to prevent recurrence.
 Quality control
 Responsible for all type of Maintenance in Rotary & Stator Equipment’s and outlining the faults & scheduling accordingly without effecting the plant production .
 Preparing feasibility studies for new installations, replacement or repair of existing mechanical machinery including technical evaluation, specifications and materials for modification in addition to process diagrams and cost estimates and ensure proper follow up reports and evaluation on completed modifications.
 Routine supervising & instructing to the craftsman and also co-ordinating with technical team in developing programs to improve plant reliability and efficiency.
 Lead the preparation of monthly/annual requirements for machinery .spare parts and general materials for the mechanical units within the plant to support timely availability of requirements as per the maintenance plan and budget constraints

 Verifying P & ID drawing, detailing to bill of materials.
 Liaising with the team to ensure the successful design & manufacture of products as per the drawings & specifications to agree the quality, budgets & time frames.
 Leading the team & Supporting for fabricating equipment like Pipe Networks ,heat exchanger,vessels,receivers,structural works etc. as per the technical specification sheet
 Responsible to assist the procurement department for technical sharing & achieving right things for budget controlling.
 Documenting as per build equipment’s drawing with test reports.

 Working as per the guidance & instruction of site engineer to do the maintenance of heat exchangers, boilers, vessels, piping and plant structure works.
 Making all type of test reports for maintenance in stator and rotary equipment’s
 Making Material requisition as per the BOQ & Checking to ensure the materials received in site as per the specifications & reporting. Also initiating for the further fabrication works.
