Global Franchise Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)/ Global Franchise Fashion outlets/ Furniture Stores/ Rent-a-Car/ Travels/ Petrol Stations/ etc./Job Profile - Warehouse Supervisor• Supervise and check that the work in the warehouse is going smoothly and manage / allocate the team for day to day operations (inbound & outbound) without any customer complaint.• Supervise and arrange the daily delivery of goods and ensuring that the orders are completed on time as per the delivery schedule.• Reviews reports and audits facilities regularly to ensure safety/ health/ security and sanitation guidelines are met.• Motivate/ organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met without any damages to goods and equipments.• Preparation of MIS/ conducting analysis and suggestion of new ideas in meeting for the improvement in warehouse management.• Conduct meetings with entire operations team (Customer Service Rep./ Team Leaders/ Inventory Controller/ Logistics and Distribution in-charge) to discuss and identify existing / recurring issues and develop suggestions / solutions to resolve the issues.• Plan/ co-ordinate and monitor the warehouse facility in the most efficient manner; ensure cost control / containment and ensure that they meet the required obligations.• Ensure timely & accurate execution of orders and receipts (customer like Kraft Foods have KPI's on palletized and non-palletized cargo in & out) to achieve the customer's KPI's are met 100%. Review and report KPI's against actual achievements.• Conducting / attending weekly operational meeting with major clients to discuss and fix the recently notified issues with related to local shuttling/ exports & imports.• Planning and organizing cycle counts/ conduct investigations into larger inventory variances and report the same to customer / management along with the Corrective Action Plan.• Guiding and training to the new warehouse staff in Exceed (W M S) and in using RF (hand-held device)• Verifying and approving the (Exceed) system billings of warehouse operations/ preparing the manual charges for the service rendered to customer which is not included in the contract.• Successfully coordinated the implementation of WMS system Exceed (SSA)/ within the time frame.• Initiated an exercise to improve the cleanliness at the warehouse.

• Coordinating with customer’s sales team/ export department/ Clearing department/ other internal and external customers for planning and allocation of materials based on existing / expected / forecasted orders.-• Coordinating with store supervisors and team leaders for the smooth functioning of warehousing activities like receiving/ moving/ storing/ picking and delivery.-• Ensure timely & accurate execution of customer orders by overseeing all operational procedures/ requirements and co-ordinate between warehouse and logistics sections.-• Managing the Operations Cell according to the warehouse (dry/ chilled & frozen) requirements and norms in Oracle based online Warehouse Management System (WMS).-• Assisting the Warehouse Manager and Operations supervisor in complete profit centre management of the assigned stores.-• Track day-to-day operations/ Monitor all inbound & outbound consignments and convert the data into valuable reports and assist the management in decision making.-• Planning and organizing cycle counts/ conduct investigations into larger inventory variances/ correct/implement the procedural actions and report the same to the Management and customers-• Preparation of MIS/ conducting analysis and suggestion of new ideas in meeting for the improvement in warehouse management.-• Planned and set up process for material handling and efficiently utilize warehouse space through commingling.-• Identifying and developing opportunities for business growth through value addition/ e.g. goods re-working and repackaging.-• Coordinating with customer’s concerned department / stock controller for the new / existing products and clear the discrepancy-• Leading and training to the new warehouse staff in Exceed (W M S)-• Handling Customer's Storage requirements & ensuring high level of Customer satisfaction
