 Plan and execute the process to complete all AP activities of the month in accordance with the close down schedule to assist publication of management reports.- Handling full cycle Accounts payable duties in high volume/ fast paced environment.- Verifying/ Sorting/ coding/ processed and assembled invoices in system.- Coordinate an efficient document flow so that Invoices are paid within negotiated Payment terms.- Ensure that appropriate authorization/ correct Coding and adequate supporting documentation are included in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.- Handle Incoming calls for vendor enquiries and resolve invoices discrepancies.- Reviewed expense report for corporate policy compliance and respond enquiries regarding proper coding of expenditure and payment invoices.- Conferred with vendors to resolve discrepancies on invoices and provided vendors with payment information when requested. - Performs Accounting Analysis.- Maintain accurate financial Accounting and ensure Timely Payment to Suppliers.- Bank Reconciliations - 12 Banks- Handling Reconciliation of supplier Statement.- Monthly report to the Finance manager for all the financial transactions.- Calculations of Sales Commissions- Petty Cash spend analysis and trends and build early warning signals.- Assist in month end closing and year end close.- Work closely with auditors during audits.
