Facilitate human resources processes, answer employee requests and questions, assist with new employee hiring processes (selection and interviews), assist with the performance review and termination processes, maintain employee files as to ensure accuracy and compliance, process all employees requests (leave, resignations, etc).
- Audit sales inventory
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related products, equipment, and office supplies.
- Digitize and store all financial and non-financial records.
- Present sales-related and trainees performance reports.
- Handle the process of all the trainees' orders.
- Monitor and supervise the sales-related progress of all trainees.
