HR Related Activities--1. Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop skills and capabilities of staff.-Main Activities- I. Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place- II. Coordinate with legal coordinator for preparing exit re-entry visa/ final exit paper/ and prepare itself when the concerned person is not present.-3. Monitor and control minimum Subsidization level of the co. and advise management for timely action.-4. Help register new medical insurance policy for all company employees. Applying for new work permit or renewal of existing labor ID in labor office.-iii. Applying new Emirates ID card/ and renewal.-iv. Responsible to Check and Control expiry of employees’ Passports/ visas/ Labor Cards and Emirates ID and make arrangement to renew the same.--Accommodation:-- Camp Boss/ where is responsible to arrange accommodation for all employees/ including newly joined employees.- Maintenance and Operation in Accommodation.---- ACCOUNTS ACTIVITIES:-- .
