Responsibility:
Work directly with end users to resolve issues wither remotely or through a desk side visit.
Installing authorized software to laptops and desktops.
Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.
Active Directory maintenance, adding and removing computer accounts and checking user profiles.
Responsible for troubleshooting systems software and hardware, including, repairs, network configurations, installations, and upgrades.
Remote Desktop Support using Log Mein application.
Performed Routine maintenance on all user accounts, data files, etc.
Provide Technical Support and system upgrades for Windows 10, and 7.
Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date.
Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops.
Setting up new user profiles and disabling expired account in accordance with HR.
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
Creating and Managing Local Users, groups and domain users, groups and their permissions.
Implementing of NTFS files and folder permissions and sharing.
Cabling, Patching, and LAN troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues. .
Installing and Configured Network Printer and giving Print permissions to users.
User Profiles Backup and Restore.
Manage all types of printers and trouble shooting.
Install and Support LAN's, WAN's, Network segments, internet and intranet systems.
Data Backup of all users.
Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting.
Software troubleshooting update and patch installation.
Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
Utilize and maintain the help desk tracking software.
Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment.
Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
Data Backup of all users.
Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting.
Software troubleshooting update and patch installation.
Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting.
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
Solve hardware problems of computer systems.
Perform and manage systems, configurations, installation, upgrades, and enhancements.
Good working knowledge of PC hardware diagnosis and repair.
Install and Support LAN's, WAN's, Network segments, internet and intranet systems.
