I have 10+ years of experience in IT field, starting with the end user support and Microsoft
systems administration in small and large enterprise Infrastructure, with different four job titles
depending on the related tasks and responsibilities (IT Technical Support Engineer, IT Supervisor, IT
Infrastructure Specialist and Sr. Windows Systems Administrator).
Now, I am looking for a better opportunity that fits with my work experience and technical
qualifications, also leads to more experience and learning new innovative technologies.
Al Hamdulellah, I can deal and cooperate with other people from different cultures and
nationalities to achieve teamwork's spirit and self-learn to adapt to new technologies changes and
upgrades in the IT field.
Currently, I am working in Information & Communications Technology Center (ICTC), IT Operations and
Engineering team as the following roles and responsibilities:
♦ Microsoft Domain & Services Infrastructure Engineer
- Responsible for Microsoft Infrastructure as design, installation, operation, administration and
troubleshooting on the production and test zones.
- Responsible for Microsoft Services as installing, configuring, administrating and supporting others
administrators on the related services (Active Directory, ADFS, LAPS, DNS, WINS, KMS, WSUS, IIS, FTP, ..etc).
♦ Domain Administrator on Active Directory
- Installing, configuring, upgrading, administrating Microsoft Active Directory servers 2003/2008R2/2012R2
and 2016 on multiple sites for the production (HQ, DR and Azure) and one site for testing.
- Providing ICTC administrators with all requirements for intergrading systems/applications with AD or LDAP
and supporting them on the deployment phase.
- Managing AD objects (Users, Groups, Computers, OUs, .. ) by doing the regular/operation tasks as (Create,
Update, Delete, Reset password, Roaming profiles, VPN access, Proxy Authentication, Filter for reporting
manually or using PowerShell scripting …etc) for all AD accounts (Staff, Faculty, Students and Services).
♦ Identity Management & Auditing Officer on AD level
- Applying User Identity Management policies for provisioning and de-provisioning AD accounts based on its
type classification and doing AD Cleaning-up to implement the approved changes on AD structure, Naming
Convention and new policies.
- Investigating in technical incidents and cases that are related to AD/Windows Auditing plus administrating
ManageEngine ADAudit Plus tool for reporting and alerting.
♦ Access Management Officer
- Enforcing Access Security settings via GPOs on servers and client machines (Computers & Laptop & Lab
machines) based on user’s restrictions and permissions for accessing.
