• Project 1 - University Educational System: The purpose is to build a comprehensive e-system for students & faculty members. The project consisted of Student Information System (SIS), E-Services, and Support Systems (ERP).
• Project 2 - ERP: The project objective was to manage a wave implementation of a pre-defined template to the holding Company that owns University, Mall and Hospital. A strong project focus was to prepare local business for massive organizational and process changes due to standardization with one ERP transaction backbone covering the whole HR and supply chain from ordering to invoice.
• Project 3 - Data center migration to cloud (Iaas): successfully led through planning, prioritizing, scheduling with a view of avoiding peak production periods for program users, move of applications and hardware, and ensuring successful operations – all with the engagement of program owners, This effort resulted in more consolidated, rationalized, professional, and efficient data center operations for the Institution.
Achievements: Over $7 Million Successfully Closed Projects to SFB, with more than $2 M Profit growth yearly and 12 New Corporate Customers.
Led the following programs and projects from inception to completion:
• Program with 7 subprojects – SFB Banking Solution: Delivered cutting-edge banking software solutions (Core Banking System, Electronic payment System [ATM, BOS, e-Banking, Mobile] based on results of re-engineering effort. Leader for as many as 30 people in delivering releases on-time (18-month duration) and on budget ($3M). Results included full centralized core Banking System and 100% online branch network with a powerful Data Warehouse for BI and strategic Decision Making.
• Business Process Reengineering: In a significant process re-engineering effort, as Business Analyst produced design specifications and evaluated disparate banking processes, recommend solutions for standardizing, resulting in centralizing 75% of the processes and a reduction of 40% in expenses, with an overall savings in a 3-year period of $1,350,000.
• Disaster Recovery Site Project: The objective of this project was to design and develop a company unique DIR that consisted of Access control system, environment sensors (Intel DCM), HVAC cooling System, full redundant tier 4 topology (Oracle RAC) servers, Spine-Leaf-Access Switches, SAN Storages, Hardware/Software Firewalls, Routers and automatic batteries.
