• Review and check payroll processing monthly.
• Along and following up with Finance team to make sure the deposit moved correctly.
• Handling Final settlement calculation and treat the cases as per the labor low in Resignation, Termination by company, Dismissed according to article 80 and Non-Renewal of contract.
• Process largely retro documents in accordance with standard routines and checks for serious errors related to processing payroll.
• Enters specified information/data related to employees payment from the system.
• Analyze and consider the payment of business trips.
• Ensure effective archiving and easily accessed records.
• Receiving requests related to some staff form Compensation & Benefits dept , for updating as promotion, salary adjustment and sending them official email.
• Checking the contract for new hiring and make sure about the salary calculation, job title, grade and location before enter it in the system.
• Handling HRDF programs for hiring Saudis and make agreement with HRDF management. Also monitoring the incentive amount that received form HRDF and analyzing the report every two months.
