Onboarding process: ● Communication with new candidate. ● Explaining the job offer and the benefit of the company. ● Requesting all required documents. ● Coordination for Booking, Accommodation and transportation (Overseas- Iqama Transferee) ● Preparing the new employee file. ● Preparing the Contracts for New joiners - Overseas-Iqama transferee. ● Communicating with other department to prepare the required equipment. - Employee leave management (review, audit, report and approve as per the policy). - Medical Insurance Adding and Deleting - Handling Contracts Renewal process - Organizational Structure Changes and internal transfer between departments and communicating the changes with performing the required updates in the system.
Handling the Trainees files. - Responsible for weekly reports and attendance of trainees - Complete archiving of all files - Responsible for training area - Responsible HRDF Trainees
