NPD OPERATIONS
• Understanding the need of customer and freezing the standard for in house quality as well as to get it approved the same from customer.
• Preparation of Master Development schedule to meet the customer time line.
• Performing prototype testing as per design verification plan with QA team.
• Brainstorming with the manufacturing team to aim for a flawless launch.
• Co-ordinate the entire development activity to meet the decided target date for product delivery.
• Follow up for the activities as per APQP guidelines.
• Analyze and resolve the Problems faced during development and Launch.
• Audit the suppliers for Sourcing of the components (VD).
• Interact with customer for goal fixation and understand the quality requirement both stated and implied.
• Perform PPAP related activities.
• Developing a framework of production standards procedures & systems and overseeing smooth implementation of production improvement tools.
• Line balancing by using lean tools (cycle time, takt time, vsm , smed, vapco )

• Responsible for Initial Product Monitoring.
• Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of targets in the Quality Control Department.
• Motivating teams in optimizing their contribution levels.
