Provide monthly food supply summery to Catering Company and monitor the payment.
- Responsible all GSD invoices and Purchase request and payment follow-ups
- Provide weekly mandates to Catering Company.
- Handle automated report disputes related to Catering man-days
(Catering employees report monitored through automated system)
- Keep control on proper sanitation, waste disposal, Pest Control, maintain cleanliness & tidiness in kitchen & all the service sites / service areas,
- Maintain hygienic & food safety standards & producers at Kitchen & mess-halls & other service sites and Monitor compliance of Catering company employees’ health, qualification of Catering employees.
- Monitor the food preparation timing, delivery time, temperature, prompt supply of food in all locations.
- Execute & follow food service requests & develop recipes to the guests according to quality & higher standard.
- Coordinate with Catering Company & prepare weekly menu as per the different nationalities with required taste & standard.
- Investigate and solve received complaints regarding catering service issues & and make corrective action.
- Do hygiene audit covering the total catering service sites and reviewing the opened old points from past audits and verify the corrective actions taken with food safety & operational standards.
- Meet the nationalities food committee and following with the food committee MOM regarding food development and complaints
