• Recording of daily transactions in ERP software and maintaining petty cash on daily basis.
• Recording of daily transactions in ERP software on basis of three different Projects.
• Recording of Receivables and Payables in the Software and also managing them.
• To enter purchases and purchase return in the software.
• Issuing Invoices to customers and maintaining records as well to overcome the doubling of invoices.
• Monthly Closing of accounts include Depreciation, Amortization of prepaid Expenses, Bank reconciliation etc.
• Preparing monthly budget for three different projects to overcome the money shortages.

• Recording of daily transactions in Dolphin software and maintaining petty cash on daily basis.
• Recording of Receivables and Payables in the Software and also manage them.
• To manage stock along with job costing
• To enter purchases and purchase return in the software along with managing purchases.
• To monitor and overcome the price variances in purchases of products.
• Issuing Invoices to customers and maintaining records as well to overcome the doubling of invoices.
• Visiting suppliers and manufacturers
• Analyzing sales information based on past data and develops strategy to increase sales and profit.
• Negotiating prices with suppliers and ordering goods
• Taking feedback from other departments about the goods purchased
• Helping with promotions and advertising campaigns
• Producing sales projections
