Graduated from KING FAHAD UNIVERSITY, bachelor degree in Engineering science of mechanical department. Currently, working as a maintenance engineer for all types of vehicles and cranes at SOMAC for construction and contracting company. Good experience in Mechanical Drawing of machines, SOLIDWORKS software program to make 3D drawing of mechanical parts, troubleshooting and solve the technical problems related to the hydraulic issues.
•Repairing Engines such as DOHC, OHC and QOHC.
•Overhauling Engine spare parts.
•Greasing of the hydraulic joint of cranes.
•Overhauling of gearbox for the heavy truck vehicles such as ZF transmission type of gearbox.
•Arc welding for some materials of heavy vehicles.
•Requesting and coordinating with supplier for the spare parts related to the light vehicle such as cars and heavy vehicle such as truck.
•Hydraulic and Mechanical inspection of all types of heavy vehicles.
•Overhauling OLD type engines of heavy vehicle mobiles.
• Work as a Maintenance Engineer at HRM ( Hot Rolling Mill ) Department and FL ( Finishing Line ) Department.
• Scheduling the maintenance plan for fixing and maintaining the machines and equipment in the Factory.
• Supervision of the hydraulic spares and mechanical spares overhauling.
• Providing the Mechanical and Hydraulic spares to the Shift Maintenance Department.
• Cost analysis and coordinating with Procurement department for requesting new spare parts.
• Scheduling the cost of the Capital spares and modifying the costs of the spares.
