Ware house, Show room etc. Involving construction and quality control. Major thrust area covers good management skill, completion within time period, co-ordination between client, architects, designer, contractor and suppliers etc, Claims for extra work done/additional items in a Project & timely completion of projects. Professional experience also covers Quantity calculation, cost estimation work, rate analysis as per prevailing market rate, work supervision as per contract specifications and drawings, monitoring of execution works with assurance and various routine tests as per specification, preparation and verification of contractor’s bill etc. Also have knowledge of preparing Work Programme using Microsoft Project and also work with Auto Cad.
