 Responsible for total facility management for world’s famous brands “Starbucks Coffee” 160 outlets and other casual dining brands PF Changs, Texas Roadhouse, LPQ, Potbelly, cheesecake. As well as fashion & retail outlets H&M, American eagle, Debenhams, footlocker.
 Completed more than 60 new projects
 Manage the MEP & Soft service subcontractors,
 Time to time site inspection in order to monitor standard of work and completion Schedule.
 Monitoring progress, effectiveness of remedial works, outstanding works and end of defects works as carried out by the contractors and report to head of dept.
 Respond to major maintenance calls and Resolve the problems within the agreed
Time frame and provide suggestions to brand to minimize the breakdown

 Constant coordination with all the sub-contractors/direct contractors involved with the projects
 Daily monitoring reviewing CAFM (Archibus)
 Performs related duties and responsibilities as required

 Responsible for total facility management for DCC-Complex (Deira city center “Shopping mall”) MAF Tower-1, City Center Offices.
 Monitor daily MEP maintenance activities in the complex.
 Determined priorities and complete assignments timely.
 Conduct regular inspections of the site and property within the Engineering Sections to avoid any major failures.
 Assign Jobs to be carried out by each technical staff member at complex, and
Supervise the progress of the work being carried out.
 Provides the training and tool box talk to the team,
 Conducts training sessions of new work methods or procedures, safety regulations, work policies, codes and standards,
 Responsible of fire and safety programs and procedure within the area of my responsibility,
 Legally responsible for the quality assurance inspection,
 Performs related duties and responsibilities as required
 Leading a team of 46 persons.

 Assign Jobs to be carried out by each technical staff member at project sites,
Supervise the progress of the installation work being carried out.
 Accountable for the daily maintenance activities.
 Ensure the safety of hazardous areas.

 Visit project site to check project activities.
 Control on quantity & quality of the materials used at project site.
