Regulatory and Safety Compliance Manager

1 Responsible to lead the implementation of HSE policies and procedures across the facility and monitor the performance.

Responsible to ensure Legal compliance to Local Health, Safety, Security, Environmental Legislation, and any other regulatory requirement where deployed .

Assisting Operations to implement environmental management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other international HSE standards and best practices throughout client facilities.

4 Responsible for assisting in FOD requirements and corrections where necessary

5 Complete any regulatory compliance Checklist as directed by Management and assist in any rectification required

Assist in assessments and audits conducted by Head Office entities such as FOD, Compliance, ESSR, Group Investigation and Audit

7 Ensure awareness of regulatory requirements and legislation

8 Communicates with Facility Senior management and head office entities

9 Train and communicate with Associates about the regulation and process for compliance

10 Develop ideas to ensure the compliance to regulatory requirements

11 Assist in developing the solid processes for sustainability and Kaizen
