Deals all types of Electrical works under The Project of Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs, Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. Performing installation and testing of the technical equipment.
Responsible for the execution of quality electrical installation work to be carried out on equipment,
within the set budget, policies, and deadlines.
 Coordinates the availability of the Electrical resources; e.g. Engineering and Technical, Human
Resources, equipment, and utilities in order to deliver high quality and reliable Electrical Engineering
services in a safe working environment and within agreed service levels
 Supervise the completion of various Electrical works to install, maintain or commission
 Electrical Installation activities and related project in coordination with Project manager to ensure
smooth execution of projects.
 Ensure the working and safety condition implementation.
 Contribute in the field, to the development of working methods and definition o
 Preparation of Inspection Request (IR) and follow-ups.
 Preparation of As-Built drawing for IR
 Preparation of daily progress report.
 Verification and Inspection of all Electrical Works at site
 All Electrical Site Issues or Problems reporting to Project Manager.
 Conducting of a monthly meeting with all foremen, supervisor.
 Coordinate with the Main Contractor Electrical Engineers.
 Liaise with the client and consultants resolving all on-site and contractual problems.
 Allotting works to the foremen, supervisor, and monitor the work as per the standards.
 Checking availability of all the required materials on-site, and reporting to project manager to arrange items in case of any missing or shortage
 Resolve difficulties/issues arise at the site.
 Supervision electrical supervisors and foremen.
 Supervision project execution, evaluate and monitor manpower productivity.

Technical knowledge of distribution boards, control panel, power correction panel, lighting control panel, motor control centre, and different types of enclosures, etc.
Technical knowledge of different types of tests, L.V Circuit breaker like (contact resistance test, closing& tripping timing test, insulation test).Technical knowledge of low voltage switchgear and protection equipment like (circuit
breakers, relays, contactors etc.)
Technical knowledge of working principle, operation and testing of different types of transformers.
Technical knowledge of different types of tests on oil filled transformers like (dielectric strength test of transformer oil, insulation test, earth test, winding resistance tests etc.) by using different test kits.
Technical knowledge of working principle, operation and testing of different types of electrical motors and starting methods of electrical motors.
Technical knowledge of different types of speed controlling methods of electrical motors.
Technical knowledge of Operation and Testing of 132/11KV Substation equipment like Circuit Breakers, Isolators, Power Transformers, batteries and Power Cables.
Technical knowledge of different types of Tests on Oil Filled Transformers like (Dielectric Strength Test of Transformer Oil, Insulation Test, Earth Test, winding resistance tests etc.) by using different Test Kits.
Allotting works to the technicians on daily bases and monitor the work as per the standards.
Checking availability of all the required materials on site, and reporting to senior engineer/project manager to arrange items in case of any missing or shortage.
Liaise with the client and consultants resolving all on-site and contractual problems.
Supervises electrical supervisors and foremen's.
Reporting the electrical work items to the project manager.
