The main responsibilty as PM are :
1. Communication:
a.with Customer: preare reports and attend meeting (weekly ,Biweekly,monthly) send meeting MEMO and follow the points mentioned in the meeting.
b. Internally communication : send report to high level management include progress and plan in order to confirm the revenue plan.
2. Internal procedure : prepare master plan , review budget , resource plan and prepare DRx (PMP management procedure) and trigger revenue plan and follow Profit and Loss table with PFC.
3. Subcontractor issue : issue PO , Evaluation , management , confirm their ability to match company target
4. Contract Management : prepare Risk, Assumption , contract clause , Penalty , Payment , Billing , Collection and review with TMO team.

Delivery project for Mauritel include 19 MSAN and 2 NGN and 7 RTN910 follow it from opportunity phase and prepare DRB: to allow the sales team send quotation to customer.
DR1: prepare Master Plan and Budget need for delivery project also Resource Plan and Subcontractor Plan
PAC: got Primary Acceptance Certificate from Customer
Collection: send PAC with invoice to customer and follow it to get payment

Project scoop of work include HLR , OCS , PS

1000 km include civil work and cables work also has OSN 1500 and OSN3500
DRB: to allow the sales team send quotation to customer.
DR1: prepare Master Plan and Budget need for delivery project also Resource Plan and Subcontractor Plan
PAC: got Primary Acceptance Certificate from Customer
Collection: send PAC with invoice to customer and follow it to get payment

Include MBTS,BSC,RNC,MICROWAVE

Include 20 towers and 120 microwave hops and 20 shelters

Project scoop of work include BTS , NODB MICROWAVE , SOLAR for AXE Nouakchott to Zouerat include more than 22 sites.
