i work in a construction company Drake & scull international as Admin assistant
my Responsibilities and Duties are given below.
• Issuing of all staff offer latter and increments after approval from Admin.
• Issuing all employment contracts for all employees.
• Payroll (making time sheet, preparing monthly report).
• Issuing and renewing IQAMAS ,
• Evaluation of staff in coordination with Admin department.
• Coordinate with Admin on employees Annual leave schedule and its approval.
• Coordinate with Admin on employee’s Emergency application leave and final approval from Administration Manager & Operation Manager.
• Monitor leaves settlement.
• Entering personal information of employees on to system.
• Issue and record resignation and termination memos for staff after Admin approval.
• Investigate any complain of the artisans and review in consultation with Admin.
• Preparing warning letters to employees as when required.
• Monitor final settlement for resignation & termination and monitor the clearance from all departments.
• Updating organizational chart.
• Provide full Admin support to the team and department.
• Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
• Support the officers in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationary supplies for the department.
• Create and maintain useful databases for the department.
• Assist the Dept. head to maintain a proper attendance and tracking report for the Dept.
• Able to work fast under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
