Distributor Management:
• To identify experienced, dependable and economically good channel partner to ensure excellent customer service and deeper market penetration.
• Taking care of route operations, market scheming & breakages at the Godown
• Handling distributor issues with regard to claims & ROI
• Control and maintain supplier master data sheets
• Monitoring all distributors Primary and Secondary sales on daily basis, and focusing on new outlet activation
• Maintaining the data of Key Accounts, Sales Volume and outlet information of Distributor’s operational area.
• Manage stock availability Vs stock demand and assure a high level of accuracy on deliveries
Team Management:
• Providing coaching and training to Distributor’s Salesman including product training, Key outlet handling, selling skills and to activating new outlets
• Monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations and motivating them to reach Team Target
• Organizing weekly meeting with team on target achievement and action plan
• Appointment of super stockiest and Stockiest as per plan and when required
• Achieve primary & secondary Target on weekly, monthly on SKU’s wise
• Increase the business & find the new business opportunity
• Continuously strive to improve the forecast accuracy by both product and division
• Ensuring the timely service to the distributor
• Set-up appointments on daily basis through calling, and meeting per-defined set of paid members on regular basis
