1- Riyadh Metro project – line 5: Reallocation of all infrastructure crossing with metro stations.
2- Buraiydah sewage project: Executing the main lines sewage networks, house connections, and pump stations.
3- Design, Build and Operation of A Waste Water Treatment Plant In Al-Kharj Industrial City ( MODON ).
4- Dumat AL-Jandal sewage project: Executing the main lines sewage networks, house connections, and pump station.
5- AL-Qassim houses sewage connections. Executing of houses connections.
6- AL-Bukayriyah & AL-Muznib sewage water treatment plant: Raising the efficiency of sewage water treatment plants.
7- Afif sewage connections project: Executing of houses connections.
Providing leadership and management to the projects with full responsibility for the daily running of large-scale construction projects with total financial value (690,000,000.00 SR) with equipment & machinery by value(71,400,000.00 SR) and staff number (655 people). Achievements include
:
• Completed of a project in 23% less time than planed with full commitment of highly standards of quality and safety. The net profits have exceeded 37%.
• Increased the total amount of a project by 52 million SR with three extensions and an increase of 6.3% of margin of profit.
• Planned and carried out a recovery plan of a troubled project to deliver all the delayed works in 18% less time than planned.
• Succeeded in canceling 34% out of the total amount of a project that has been considered as not available work after it was considered as delayed works with penalty.
• Increased the productivity of a projects with 35% through connecting the productions with bonuses.
• Collected the delayed invoices of the company and increased the collection by 41% with minimal unbilled works.
• Developed an effective monitoring system with weekly and monthly performance reporting measurements including the deviation from project plans and alerts for necessary corrective actions
