Managing and implementing the training programs procedures ( Tamheer & Saifi ) that involved various functions as follows :
●Posting training opportunity in the recruiting website ( Taqat ) based on the request training form .
● Selecting candidates : selecting candidates for the training opportunity by conducting an initial interviews and scheduling the main interviews with the candidates and hiring managers.
● New trainees onboarding process : introducing the new trainees to the organization , creating database and therefore issuing their staff IDs as start date begins.
● Following-up : submitting trainees' monthly-attendance records and guiding & advising the trainees about their critical issues and enquiries .
●Termination procedures : issuing an experience letter and proceeding the termination process. - Supporting Outsource team:
Ensuring all the invoices operations are processed efficiently including : receiving ,creating and following up with the invoices by using invoice Processing Software .
-Managing all client accounts including the addition, replacing and deletion.
-Assisting in addressing claims and reporting.
-Working with the Quality assurance team to ensure every single endorsement is displayed correctly.
-Acting as a point of contact between the clients and the QA team.
-Preparing for any client’s inquiry about policy Procedures..
