Analysing technical and procedural data and errors related to the services provided by NWC, providing solutions, supervising of ( BALADI) system and correcting customer data regarding new and unregistered customers
Revision of customer services procedures and their approval by the senior management, prepare the customer services manual and the customer services platform, modify the work systems according to the new procedures adopted, analyze all technical errors and find solutions to them
Ensuring that billing operations are conducted through reconciliations or reconfirmation, and ensure that the customer service centers and filling stations are operational and that other processes in customer services are implemented in accordance with the circulars and approved procedures
