Monitor the fulfillment of the scheduled Service Plan Production and Operation plan coordination, management and follow up. Service Report elaboration and analysis. Follow up the quality indicators and procedures for commercial service improvement. Staff and operation resources allocation management and coordination to comply with the service requirements. Management of any incident that could affect to the passengers. Participate as an active member in the OCC tasks planning, reporting and follow up.
