Preparation of Risk Assessment and JSA with PTW.
Supervising the toolbox meeting.
Supervision of all critical work like confined space, pre commission and
critical lifting.
Preparation of induction for all site employee, preparation of
emergency evacuation mock up drill.
Preparation and leading of fire emergency drill.
Conducting awareness program regarding various activities like manual
lifting and heat stress etc.
Coordination with Management and site staff regarding all HSE activities.
Checking and inspection of all firefighting equipment and access to make
sure that these are clear.
Leading and supervising all unsafe act and condition for immediate ratification.
Supervision of site walk through with client/ owner.
Inspection of all lifting gears and 3rd party certifications
