Define the scope of projects in collaboration with senior management.

Attend all the meeting related to works with the customer.

 Distributing the scope of work to the project engineer and the teams.
 Find and work to remove projects blockages.
 Supporting the field engineer in troubleshooting any technical problems.
 Insuring the quality of the implementation by following the Vendors specification.
 Supervising the implementation of the project plan.
 Notify the customer with daily feedback regarding the status on the field by daily report.
 Attend customer meetings with Project Manager.
 Arranging the Documents related for the project.
 Making details Data Base for the project.

 Arranging the materials for the Project.
 Installation of indoor electrical equipment & outdoor tower works.
 Commissioning of MICROWAVE with El/T1, FIFA, FTFA, RRI cards, XC & FIU19 IDUs, Flexi
Hybrid & Flexi Hopper.
 MW link Alignment Hops to Hops.
 Upgrading MW links from 4E1 to 8E1 or 16E1, and making Q1 activation.
 Installation & integration of BTS’s Ultra, Mini, Metro, Flexi EDGE & Flexi WCDMA Type.
 Measuring VSWR, DTF and Return Losses with Site Master.
 Connecting, testing & troubleshooting of external alarms for Indoor, Outdoor, & Repeaters sites.
 Prepare and perform the Acceptance testing for the new STC, Mobily, or Zain sites with necessary
implementation and design documents.
 Clearing more than 1200 Snags for Int’ltec related to STC projects “E7-PO1, E7-PO2, E7-PO3,
CR, H27, H26, & 3G-PO1”.
 Performing TSSR, & LOS surveys.
