I worked as Resident Manager in charge, following up all day to day operations, handling guest's complaints & solving the problems to have smooth, satisfactory & high performance levels. I built very good enthusiastic hard working creative team committed to excellence. The result is having high levels of guest satisfaction and keeping the complaints to the minimum and reaching the financial targets.
As I was working as Training Consultant with the "Egyptian Tourism Federation" to the national project ( Egypt Tourism Workforce Development Program ) … Specialized in hotels sector,
I conducted the courses of leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, time management, managing employees performance and finance for non-financials.
These topics are supported by large and concrete experiences along years working in city hotels, resorts, floating hotels with international chains ( Sheraton, Hilton, Ramada and Sonesta) and some private sector hotels.
Having commitment to maintaining quality standards to satisfy the guests to meet and exceed their expectations to get the best profitability.
