1. Successful project management for product lifecycle support of small gas turbine aero engines. Achieving product indigenization targets through effective R&D activities.
2. Successful collaboration for engine parts design and validation (CAD/CAM/CAE), prototype development (FDM/SLA based), manufacturing (material resourcing, investment casting, welding, coating, precision machining and fabrication), bench testing and qualification.

Successful Installation and Commissioning of aero engine MRO facility which included SLA based Rapid prototyping facility, silicon mould and Wax pattern generation facility, gas turbine engine component level testing workshops including engine sub-assembly and final assembly facilities, dynamic balancing facility for balancing of compressor rotors, compressor assembly and turbines, Fuel and Lubrication Systems testing facilities, fuel Spray pattern verification facility, Digital fuel controller, engine electric generator test facility along with aero-engine performance test facility for airworthiness check.
5. Successful implementation of OEM SOPs for engine assembly, overhaul and testing activities for the facility.
6. Successful certification of the facility against ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 by establishing, implementing & maintaining quality management system.
