Review company wide process for quality improvement,risk management and workplace safety.
Follow up the development and implementation of company wide policies to meet the varying requirement of program areas.
Assist patient/client safety and clinical practice improvement across the services.
Follow up the accreditation and provide advice on the review of critical and adverse incident and root cause analysis and ensure progress on the implementation of recommendation arising from such reviews.
