Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office records, scheduling, and appointments.
  • Support administrative and HR tasks as required.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National (Male/Female) – As per Saudization policy.
  • High school diploma or higher qualification.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in reception/admin roles is a plus.
