- Education: B.Tech in Computer Science or B.Sc. in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Networking (CCNA/CCNP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Support 365 and HIS.
- Familiarity with the NAPHIES portal.
- Cybersecurity knowledge is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and networks.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, HIS, and other systems.
- Ensure network security and troubleshoot technical issues.
