We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Senior Engineer with extensive Aramco experience to oversee the health, safety, and environmental management of our large-scale fast-track construction project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in implementing and monitoring international HSE standards (OSHA, ISO) and ensuring a zero-accident environment. The role requires leadership in training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer while managing a dynamic workforce of 300+ laborers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Site HSE Control: Lead and manage all HSE activities on a large-scale fast-track construction project.
- International Compliance: Implement ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and OSHA regulations to ensure project compliance.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct regular HSE training sessions for site staff, ensuring best practices are understood and followed.
- Zero-Accident Mentorship: Develop and enforce a safety culture that targets zero accidents.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively liaise with government authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory compliance.
- Incident Investigation & Reporting: Conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, providing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency response plans and ensure all site personnel are trained accordingly.
- Company Representation: Uphold and project the company's safety image and reputation to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction site safety management.
- Aramco project experience is a must.
- International Safety Certifications: OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and ability to interface with government authorities.
- Proven experience in handling fast-track projects with 300+ laborers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.
