Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as Incident or Sector Commander during incidents.
  • Lead and manage the crew, vehicle, and equipment during emergency responses.
  • Coordinate with fire control and Air Traffic Control.
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness and crew competency.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Engage in fire safety education and client/customer interactions.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
  • High school education (minimum).
  • Certifications in aviation rescue, firefighting, HAZMAT, and fire safety (NFPA standards).
  • 5-7 years of fire/rescue experience, including 1 year as a Crew Chief.
  • Certified 'Medically Fit' for the role.
  • English proficiency; Arabic desirable.
  • Middle East experience preferred.
  • Valid light and heavy vehicle operator licenses (or ability to obtain in KSA).
