Your Responsibilities:
- Perform routine, type, and special tests on power transformers up to 500 MVA, 765 kV class as per IS 2026, IEC 60076, and IEEE standards.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure successful completion of inspections.
- Prepare test reports for transformers and reactors.
- Analyze test results and take corrective actions as needed.
- Handle manpower effectively.
- Maintain calibration records of equipment.
- Perform NABL documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Conduct third-party witness testing at manufacturer premises.
- Perform quality checks of transformers at manufacturer premises during in-process and final inspection.
- Analyze testing results and perform failure analysis of transformers.
- Prepare specifications for procuring reference standards, testing equipment, and test panels for testing and calibration.
Your Background:
- Education: B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in the transformer industry.
- Skills: Strong focus on safety, adherence to procedures, and policies.
- Language: Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
