We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager (Hospitality) to oversee and streamline daily operations of our hospitality establishment in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive operational excellence in line with the company’s service standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.)

  • Ensure highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Collaborate with department heads to implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.

  • Lead hiring, training, and performance management of operational staff.

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with local laws.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

  • Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively and promptly.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery and guest experience.

  • Liaise with corporate management and provide regular reports on operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven experience in hotel/resort/F&B operations in the GCC region is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of hospitality standards, processes, and guest experience strategies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using hospitality management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS, POS).

  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
