Experience and Skills:
- Experience using object-oriented programming language (Java is a must, more languages are a plus).
- Experience designing APIs (swagger) and creating RESTful microservices in OpenShift (a must), and Kubernetes (for a plus).
- Comfortable with SQL/NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB (a must), and more (for a plus).
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience with modern build strategies, continuous integration, unit testing, test-driven secure development practices, static and dynamic analysis, and automated integration tests.
- Continuous delivery experience.
- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of Docker, image registries.
- Ability to lead hands-on work across the squads, supporting architectural discussions, ensuring timely deliverables, and advanced and complex integrations in place.
- Knowledge of secure architecture, best practices, and SecDevOps angle, where security has to be at the top.
