We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be pivotal in driving growth and expansion for our observability, APM, and ALM solutions across multiple verticals. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and promote opportunities for observability and APM solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to meet client needs.
- Drive sales for JIRA and ALM solutions, showcasing their value for enterprise clients.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements and alliances.
Key Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in Observability, APM, JIRA, or ALM space.
- Strong understanding of observability tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus) and JIRA/Atlassian products.
- Proven experience in sales pipeline management and account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software industries.
- Technical background in system integrations and ALM tools.
- JIRA certifications or Agile certifications are a plus!
