Core Responsibility:

  • Contribute to developing the vision, mission, long-term objectives, and strategic guidelines to identify targets and KPIs.
  • Lead the development of the corporate strategy to influence key business decision-making.
  • Develop strategic plans/initiatives that align with the overall corporate strategy.
  • Responsible for translating high-level strategic objectives into measurable, specific actions that can be executed by teams across the organization.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure that initiatives have appropriate resources for development.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of strategic communications around all business area activity.
  • Prepare and present strategic documents and reports for key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, shareholders, and other strategic partners.
  • Lead strategic projects and teams that analyze and prioritize business opportunities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and value creation.
  • Identify and analyze internal and external challenges and opportunities to assess their impact on the organization and take strategic actions to address them.
  • Ensure that the company's strategy is reviewed and updated as needed, with action plans and mitigation steps in place to address any deviations or gaps.
  • Lead and organize work to address top-priority, CEO-level strategic topics or problems and create tailored solutions for the company.
  • Collaborate with department and business unit heads to produce business and product plans that align with the organization’s strategic objectives, and evaluate those plans periodically.
  • Lead and guide members of senior management, building and sharing a strategic vision that inspires commitment and alignment with the organization’s goals.
  • Provide direction and leadership to achieve the division’s strategy, annual goals, and objectives.
  • Provide advice on strategic planning framework and processes and contribute to decision-making regarding strategic planning approaches.
