We are hiring a well-organized and qualified candidate for the position of Assistant General Manager, who will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency and productivity.

You will collaborate with various departments, lead and supervise teams, develop strategies, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives with extensive knowledge in Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Strategic Management.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic languages, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Benefits:

  • Salary of 5,000 SR including all allowances.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and motivating employees.
  • Ensure service and production are provided properly and with high standards.
  • Complete all schedules timely and monitor staffing to ensure maximum service, quality, efficiency, and productivity. Adjust schedules according to fluctuations in occupancy.
  • Monitor daily assignments to ensure proper quotas and standards are maintained.
  • Establish safe working conditions and practices.
  • Organize and participate in meetings with all staff regularly.
  • Ensure all personnel are exposed to constant refinement, training, and development on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure all payroll reports and sign-in sheets are completed and submitted timely.
  • Assist in periodically reviewing, re-evaluating, and revising departmental procedures and job descriptions, supplies, equipment, and labor standards, as needed.
  • Prepare reports and letters to all parties.
  • Deal with entire government agencies’ platforms.
  • Participate in executive meetings, offering contributions that shape company policies and strategies in supply chain management, operations, and sales.
  • Perform administrative duties including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
