Al Mashariq Company was incorporated in 1978 as a private Limited Company in Dammam with a paid-up capital of SR.500,000/-.

The Company was established with an aim to provide support systems for the electrical distribution and transmission infrastructure of the Saudi Electricity Company (then DEPCO) in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Since the company’s inception during the past 30 years, it has witnessed extraordinary strides in its growth. Due to the dedicated efforts of its untiring work force, the company was able to transform a small utility-oriented contracting unit into a truly multi-functional, multi-dimensional group. Through its advent into manufacturing, trading, civil construction, telecommunication and electro-mechanical contracting, Information Technology and other activities, Al Mashariq Company has carved a niche for itself as a company of repute.

The Energy Projects and Services Division is focused on serving the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Utility markets with Engineering Design and Consulting Services, Project Management Services, Electrical LSTK project execution as well as Technical Field Services (Testing and Commissioning, Electrical Retrofits, etc).
