The International Water Distribution Company (Tawzea) was founded in the last quarter of 2004 as a joint venture between two Saudi multinational giants, namely, AmiWater (owned by the Saudi Arabia Amiantit Group) and the Saudi Industrial Services Company (Sisco). The company was founded in order to take advantage of the vast experience AmiWater has had in global water management and Sisco’s expertise in the management of city services.

Since inception, the company has had a strategy in line with its vision and mission and began to work on achieving the goals religiously, whether it was a moment of starting simultaneous projects of the industrial cities or launching privatization of water services in the industrial cities.
