You cannot delete your profile picture. However you can replace it with a new image.

You receive an Activation Email after you register your account with Mihnati.com. In case you don't receive it, send an Email to support team at support@mihnati.com so that it can be confirmed from back end.

You can subscribe to your desired job alerts by:

1. Logging in to your account through web and Click on Dashboard.
2. Give the desired keyword in the search field for instance, "Marketing", etc.
3. Select the city name from the drop down menu e.g., "Lahore"
4. Click "Search."
5. Click on "Create Job Alerts".
6. Click on "Save".

The "Priority Applicant" package increases the chances for you to get a job. However, it does not guarantee a job as this decision rests with the company you have applied for. As soon as you apply for a job, your CV is sent directly to the company's employer account for review. It is totally up to the HR Department of the employer to consider priority applicants or not or to call / interview and shortlist candidates. If you wish to purchase the "Priority Applicant" feature kindly send an email at support@mihnati.com, with your contact detail.

Employers have an option to attach a criteria filter, while posting their jobs, for their convenience. The system does not accept the applicants who do not "exactly" match the criteria set by the employers.

You can check your posted jobs by following the steps given below:

1- Log into your Mihnati Employer App.
2- Click on "My Jobs" on the dashboard to check all your Jobs.
3- You can also check "My Jobs" in the Left hand Menu of the App.

Your job posting can be declined if your job does not match with our job posting policy. You can check our "Job Posting Policy" in other FAQ section of Employer.

Our Job Approval policy is based on following points:

1- Title should be specific with matching Job description. ( i.e Subject Teacher, Customer Support Executive, Assistant Manager - Sales etc)
2- Gender specification in Job titles are not allowed. ( i.e Female Subject Teacher, Female Customer Support Executive )
3- Email Address / Contact Number or Other personal details are not allowed in the Job Description.

Employers have an option to select filters while posting a job and applicants who do not match with criteria set by employer can not apply to the job.

A job can be made confidential if it is paid for and you have added "confidential" at the end of your job title. For example, if you post a paid job as Customer Support Executive (Confidential) , Support Team will mark it as confidential from their end.

You can upload your CV by:

1- Logging into your account
2- Click on CV Manager
3- Upload your CV by clicking on Green Button

The private profile is visible only to you and is invisible to the employers.

The public profile is visible to all the employers on Mihnati.com along with your CV.

You are requested to download latest version of Mihnati App from Google Play Store for Android users and App Store for iPhone users. This will help in fixing the issue. If the issue persists, send an Email at support@mihnati.com along with your device details so that it can be checked.

You can buy credits of our different job categories by following the steps given below:
