We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations.
The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes to ensure the company’s financial health and drive informed decision-making. This role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Provide financial guidance to department heads to improve financial literacy across the organization.
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
