- Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and promptly.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements and reports summarizing the company's financial position.
- Generate financial reports for management, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
- Maintain and update the general ledger.
- Ensure all financial records and transactions are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information and documentation.
- Implement audit recommendations to improve financial control processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Provide financial insights to aid in decision-making processes.
- Manage and process payroll transactions accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Address any billing or payment inquiries.
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
