- Perform system upgrades and patches to ensure the Odoo environment is up-to-date and secure.
- Assist in database management, backup, and migration tasks for the Odoo system.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth integration of Odoo with other systems.
- Manage user access and security settings within Odoo to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Monitor Odoo system performance and make recommendations for improving efficiency and user experience.
- Document Odoo processes, customizations, and configurations for future reference and compliance.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technologies related to the Odoo ecosystem.
- Provide after-hours support for critical issues related to Odoo and associated IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often required.
- Certifications in Odoo development, network administration, or other relevant IT fields can be advantageous.
