We provide embedded talent acquisition & management experts for early to growth stage businesses in the MENA so they can scale their team fast & effectively.
We are searching for immediately available Talent Acquisition experts in the Middle Eastern market.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the company.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending job offers, negotiating terms, and finalizing the hiring.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and other recruiting initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and report on recruitment activities.
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
