Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
The Graphic Designer incumbent is expected to:
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements, as needed.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites.
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
- Use computer software to generate new images.
- Confer with staff to discuss and determine layout design.
- Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork in coordination with relevant parties
- Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentations of materials, products, or services.
- Maintain an archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
- Research new software or design concepts.
- Design layout of art for proposals
- Research to inform art, designs, or other work.
- Operate still or video cameras or related equipment
Experience
5+ years of experience as a graphic designer
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
